Camper Registration Form
SPACE: Currently all bunks are filled. If you would like your daughter to be on a waiting list, please fill out a form.

Q. Do I need to send a deposit if my daughter is on a waiting list
A. NO. If a space becomes available at that point you will be asked for a deposit
Q. What number am I on the waiting list?
A. That question is only answered if you are number one or two on the list. If you were not given a number it is because you r are not number one or two. At this time, though, you are most likely past number 5 on the list.
Q. When will I know if my daughter is accepted?
A. The only way a space can be given is if there is someone that has cancelled their registration. As there is no way for the camp to predict a cancellation in advance, we are unable to answer this question.
Q. In your experience have there been cancellations?
A. Yes. Not many but sufficient to get some people on the wait list in. Even if you are at the end of a long list, there are many people that make alternate plans as the summer gets closer, allowing for people at the end of the list to jump to the top.

Version 2 - PDF- A regular PDF form that you can print, fill and send via fax, scan and email or mail.

Checklist
- I filled out and signed my registration form
- I sent a deposit of $250.00
- If requesting a scholarship - I filled out and sent a scholarship form and sent in my current tax return.
- Quebec Campers - I sent a copy of my notice of assesment 2011 form and Government form
