Camper Registration Form

Instructions for Registration Form:

1. Download the Campers Registration Form Microsoft Word or  PDF

2. Save the file in a known location on your computer

3. Fill out the Registration contract (pages 3-5) with all your daughter's information

4. Send a deposit. ( a form without a deposit is not considered a completed registration and your daughter will not be reigstered.) You can choose to send a deposit by Credit card (Visa or Mc), click here for credit card payment form or by mailing a check.
