FINAL TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

As the summer approaches, we look forward to having your daughter join the Pardas Chanah family.  Please read the following important information carefully.  You will also find your financial statement, and final transportation arrangements.  Please check carefully to see which information you are missing and remit to the camp office ASAP.

REMINDERS

  1. Camp Pardas Chanah does not provide medical insurance. Campers who reside outside of Canada should make sure to provide for themselves travel medical insurance coverage.  You can call Noach Heiman at 718-387-2114 and he will provide you with the necessary insurance for a minimal fee.
  2. If your daughter is not assigned to a transportation route,(see invoice) please contact us ASAP
  3. If any information on your invoice is incorrect, e.g. grade, transportation route, session attending, please contact the camp office ASAP
  4. If you are missing a form, you can download it from our website - www.camppc.com or contact the camp office.
  5. Please note:  no electrical appliances may be brought to camp (i.e. toasters, sandwich makers, refrigerators etc).
  6. Request for  camper placements will only be accepted until June 1. 2010 (no exceptions)
  7. Visiting Days:  Sunday, July 11, 2010 and Sunday, August 8, 2010 – please limit your visits to these dates only

BUS PASSES

Bus passes will be issued at the time of lice check at the locations listed below.  In order to receive a bus pass the following must be received and/or completed.
* Full financial paymen * lice check * medical form * proof of medical insurance *Government financial form  *Canteen $
Documents: (out of Canada) valid passport or original birth certificate  Parental letter of consent * Copy of Medicare card (Quebec campers)

NO BUS PASS WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT THE ABOVE. !!

Luggage truck will be loaded at Kingston & Union between 10:00 & 11:00 PM on the day of departure.  Please make sure to have your luggage there on time.  NO FOOD IS ALLOWED ON THE TRUCK.   Food is allowed on the bus with your daughter.

Campers arriving from anywhere in Canada and coming to camp via the Montreal bus,
please arrive at Bais Rivkah at 8:30 AM to complete your lice check.  Please remember to have all your forms and tuition fees settled.  No camper will be allowed on the bus without tuition fees settled.
FOR FLYING CAMPERS: Flight Arrangements:  Please make sure to have your flight transportation information form filled out by June 1, 2010 and your balance paid in full.  No camper will be picked up from the airport unless tuition has been settled.  Please make sure to follow the guidelines on the form.   Do not forget her valid passport and unaccompanied minor fee.        

 

Pemission Slip form for border crossing. Each camper will need a letter of consent for border crossing.

Flight Arrangements:  Please make sure to have your flight transportation information form filled out by   and your balance paid in full.  Please follow the guidelines on the form. 
 Do not forget your daughters valid passport, unaccompanied minor fee and luggage fee .        

Toronto Camper Travel Information

  • We will pick up campers from Central bus station and arrange for their luggage to be transported to camp. Camp Pardas Chanah is unable to provide a chaperone.ng C
