Waitress Application Form

Please note: Waitresses are accepted upon the following criteria.

A. Previously a camper at Camp Pardas Chanah (amount of years spent at camp.)

B. Behavior as a camper at Camp Pardas Chanah (e.g. followed rules, exhibited frum and chassidishe behavior etc)

As we prepare for a wonderful summer, we will not reply to phone calls or emails concerning the waitress program.

Waitress appliciation forms will be available from

January 1, 2012 - January 15,2012

Cost of Waitress Program: $300.00 not including transportation and trips.

Send in your form via email or fax between these dates.

Answers will be given between Purim and Pesach.

No applications will be accepted before or after the above dates.

2. Save the file in a known location on your computer

3. Emaill as an attachment or fax to 514-342-4956

Please note:  Space is very limited and requests are high. Acceptance of waitresses is done before Pesach.
