How many cabin mate requests can I make?

Cabin mates requests are closed upon registration.  They will be available on your dashboard once your child is accepted at camp.  Until then, you are unable to enter cabinnate requests.  Once your child is registered requests for camper placement can be made. Waiting List: In your experience, has there been cancellations?

Yes. Not many but sufficient to get some people on the waitlist into camp.  Even if you are at the end of a long list, there are many people that make alternate plans as summer gets closer allowing for people at the end of the list to jump to the top.

How does camp send updates to parents?

All camp information is sent to parents via e-mail.  The e-mail addresses provided by the parents of the camper upon registration are the addresses that will receive the updates.  Important updates are also available on our website’s  home page.

Cancellations

Upon cancellation of a camp program, no deposit will be refunded. NO refund, reduction of fees or credit will be granted for late arrival, early departure (homesickness etc.) , withdrawal, or dismissal.
