• The camper deposit (to be paid only upon acceptance) of 250.00 includes a registration fee of 100.00. This fee is not refundable in the event that Camp Pardas Chanah is unable to open due to government closure,
• Calling our camp office is NOT a reservation.
• The entire camp fee must be paid in full before June 1.
• No head checks for deposits are accepted.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Transferring a deposit to another camper in the event of cancellation is not accepted.
• Upon cancellation of a camp program, no deposit will be refunded. NO refund, reduction of fees or credit will be granted for late arrival, early
departure (homesickness etc.) , withdrawal, or dismissal.
• Upon cancellation 8 weeks before the session start – No refunds at all and full tuition payments will be expected.
• Bounced check fee is $20.00
• The camper, as well as her parents or guardian agrees to abide by all the rules set forth by Camp Pardas Chanah. (Specifics can be found on our camper policies located on our website).
• There is no visiting day . The camper as well as her parents/guardian understand that there will be no visitors allowed in camp at any point during the session. The camper/guardian understand that even if they are passing camp or happen to be in the area, they will refrain from visiting their child in camp or taking her off camp grounds. Camp will strictly uphold this policy.
• The camper, as well as her parents/guardian understand, that there will be no leaving camp for appointments or simchos. If the simcha belongs to a brother or sister, special permission will need to be granted. Camp is not held responsible for any transportation.
• Each camper must have medical insurance. Once we receive a completed medical form, and proof of medical insurance we will make every effort to insure the health, safety and well being of every camper.
• Parent/Guardian agrees to reimburse Camp Pardas Chanah for any medical expenses incurred on behalf of the camper .
• If a camper needs to be hospitalized and a prolonged stay is necessary the responsibility is transferred to the parent/guardian.
• Every effort is being made to protect personal belongings of campers. However we will not be responsible for any damage to, or loss of, campers’ personal belongings.
• All campers must be “lice free”. Should any camper have lice, a minimum fee of $150 will be charged for the cleaning process.
• I authorize Camp Pardas Chanah to take photos and/or videos during my childs stay and camp. This material may be used in whole or in part for promotional purposes.
• A request for camper placement can be made upon acceptance. Camp will need at least 3 cabinmate requests to honor at least one. All requests must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the session. No requests will be honored after this time. No bunk switches will be made.
• Scholarship requests will be accepted only at time of registration. No Exceptions
• Campers receiving grants- no refunds will be given for any grants the campers are awarded for camp. Deposits will not be refunded either. If you are expecting a grant that will cover the full camp fees, contact camp to make arrangements.
• Previous Campers whose behavior did not align with our camp’s values and expectations, or who experienced behavioral, social, emotional, or mental health challenges may not be eligible for re-enrollment.
• Camp reserves the right to dismiss a camper while in camp due to issues in Behavioral, Medical, Emotional or Mental health reasons. No refund will be given.
• If there is any suspicion that a camper is involved in self-destructive behaviour, such as cutting, anorexia or any other type of self-mutilation, the director reserves the right to send that camper home immediately where proper support services are available.
• Destruction of camp property will be charged to the camper’s parent. This includes writing on walls, beds, windows, tables, and the like. This policy will be strictly enforced. Charge to damaged property starts at $200.00. Please discuss this with your daughter.
