The day has arrived. Your daughter is ready to join the campers on their way to camp. Their summer begins now. They will meet old campers and find some new ones too. Our staff on the bus will ensure your childs comfort and be there for those new campers that may have possible anxieties.

There are a few transportation routes for you to choose from. Make sure to have signed up for the proper transportation route.
If  your child’s transportation plans have changed. Please make the corrections by logging into your account.
All transportation for 1st Session  must be finalized by May 15
All transportation for 2nd Session must be finalized by June 15.
Any transportation not finalized before the deadline will be subject to a $10.00 fee per way.

Tip

Is this your childs first trip to camp? Is it possible that she does not know anyone on the bus? E-Mail us. We can help pair her up with someone her age that has been to camp before. This will ease her as she begins her journey to camp.

New York Route

Luggage

Luggage travels with the campers via truck.  Make sure to bring your daughters’ luggage with her to the bus. The truck will be available from 5:30 AM at departure location . It will also be available the night before departure between 9:00 & 10:00 PM at departure location.

Reminder – no water bottle cases are allowed on the bus or truck. They are available for purchase at the canteen.

NOTE: Please place the luggage on the truck. Marking your daughters luggage is a good idea. It will help her find her bags quickly when she arrives and upon departure.

Montreal Route

  Montreal – Bais Rivkah   Departs: 2:30 PM the day camp begins.  Returns:  mid-day Fee: 25.00 per way

Toronto Route

  At the present time, there is no transportation available for campers arriving from Toronto.
Your daughter should be dropped off at Bais Rivkah – 5001 Vezina at 2:30 PM to join the bus up to camp.

Chaperone

Please note, there is no chaperone provided by the camp for this trip.

Luggage

There will be no cases of water bottles loaded on the truck. They will be available for purchase at the canteen.

Flying Camper Route

Campers arrival and departure need to follow a specific schedule.  Please update the flight information on your daughter’s dashboard.

   Campers will be picked up from the airport, brought to Bais Rivkah, and join the Montreal bus up to camp.
  The Montreal bus will leave Montreal at 2:30 pm Fee: 25.00 per way

There will be one airport pickup for all campers that are flying to Montreal.

Your daughter may have to wait at the airport for a few hours (depending on her arrival time). She will be supervised by staff on ground. Make sure to send your daughter with plenty of food.

For departure from camp

Make your tickets according to the times above.

Your daughter will be provided with food for the way.  She may spend many hours in the airport depending on what time her flight is booked.

Cancelled Flights

If a flight is cancelled, and a child will have to spend the night in Montreal, the parent will be provided with names of people willing to host their child overnight and will have to make the arrangements. (There will be fees for this service.)

Bus Pass

How to get a bus pass?

  Customized Bus passes will be submitted to you via email 2 weeks prior to the start of the session.  Please print the bus passes and bring it with you to the bus.

To avoid delay in receiving your bus pass make sure you follow the deadlines put in place by the camp.    The deadlines have been put in place to allow for an organinzed and smooth departure.  Please honor the deadlines to help things run smoothly for the camp and yourselves. Under no circumstances will bus passes be sent if the following was not received by the camp.

  • Tuition payments will need to be settled
  • Medical forms need to be submitted
  • Proof of medical insurance submitted.
  • Canadian campers – copy of insurance card.
  • Quebec Campers – Government form and tax return summary

Documents

The following travel document are necessary:

If your daughter is flying

She must have a valid passport

If your daughter is travelling privately (not the camp bus) from the United States

It is best that she have a passport however, they may still accept a birth certificate.

If your daughter is coming to camp by bus travel from the United States

Immigration Canada has requested that campers come with passports.  They will likely still allow an original birth certificate.

Anyone travelling from the United States

Must have a letter of consent with them.
